The 3 knives that I received are great
The 3 knives that I received are great. Customer service was unusually great with quick responses to delivery updates. Shipping time was a little long, but to be expected with quality imported items. Missed Christmas delivery, but that was due to delays at the US Customs. That does not take away from the quality of the knives.

Order #428024 Update:: my package did get lost. They did reply back to my messages/email and reshipped my order and it then did come within an appropriate time. I did order from them again. The knives are super nice!!

Never received, Customer service is USELESS.
Ordered a Loki knife and sheath on Nov 28 for a gift. The event I purchased it for has already passed, so now this is useless for me and a waste of money. Customer service is no help. They basically keep saying it's on the way, tracking will update in 3-5 working days. Well, today is Dec 16th and tracking still shows nothing. I want a refund. This is disappointing.

First Rate Product and Customer Service
The quality of the product is first rate I received an item that was broken and within 24 hours I had resolution and a new item was shipped to me Their customer service is first rate just like their product!! Highly recommend for unique items for the cooks in your life You will not be sorry!!!

I was worried as the delivery was late…
I was worried as the delivery was late a bit. Not their fault I live in the UK and it is Christmas season. I asked their help in customer service and Mary responded within 5minutes for my e-mail. Provided all the info I asked and reassured the product on the way. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! The knife is so great that in less than 30minutes cut through my finger like it was butter! Clean cut through nail and everything! Highly recommended, but please be very careful when you using it. Do not rush, get used to it and practice! I love my new knife #chefslife

I love my Loki
I got a Loki several years ago. I was so impressed with the way it handled that I took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free deal . I gave them to my friends and family. They were tickled to get them. They as well as me have tried to wear out this knife..... It ain't happening !!! I am so pleased with the knife. It has performed at every level. Handles great looks great. And keeps its edge
