I ordered one of the Loki knives for my son for Christmas. It arrived about 8 days later in a nice box. If it was made in China it is one of the better made things coming out of China these days. I am pleased with the service and with the knife. I did not have a Customer service interaction so Can't coment on that and, since it is a present, I have not personally used it either so I give my experience a 4 rather than a 5 but I think if I had used it, it would be a 5.

Good product, very sharp! Ordered some for my friends and they love them too.

Used it for brisket and it cut cleaner than any knife I’ve had. UPS Express dropped it in 2 days. Couldn’t be better.

the knives are currently sharp, and they look good and most of them feel good in the hand, some are heavy and others feel balanced.

Ich habe nun mein drittes Messer bestellt und bin absolut zufrieden. Angefangen habe ich mit Loki, dann kam das Feather und nun ist Björn an der Reihe. Alle Messer kamen gut verpackt und in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir an. Die Messer entsprechen voll der Beschreibung. Ein Fehler bei meiner Bestellung (aus Versehen doppelt bestellt und mit Karte bezahlt) wurde nach eine Mail taggleich korrigiert, sodasss ich keinen Schaden hatte. Einziges Manko ist die lange Lieferzeit .. aber als Liebhaber dieser Messer sollte man das gerne akzeptieren.

I bought three knives from NorthernKnife as Christmas presents for my husband. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of craftsmanship and certainly recommend buying a set. The Loki Series is his favorite thus far, but he’s eager to try the Ragnar and Bjorn. I recommend buying the sharpener because you’ll be using these frequently. Delivery may take longer than expected but they’re worth the wait.

Got this knife a week ago. It’s now my favorite in the kitchen. Cuts so smoothly and feels amazing.

My wife got me the Loki and the Ragnar for Christmas... but they didn't arrive until today (January 16). They are cool knives, I can't attest to the quality yet, but the shipping from China did take about 40 days. But look at how many people just on this site say they ordered for Christmas. My wife saw them on a social media ad. I'll bet a ton of other people did as well and ordered all at the same time. She did speak to the company and they did respond, so I don't know what more you can say for a company that likely got slammed for Christmas and is barely keeping up with sea shipping from China.
