Absolutely unhinged company, basically stalk you if you purchase from them. Am currently taking them through ICO complaint. I usually receive at least one text EVERY DAY, sometimes two texts or more IN A DAY. Have contacted them multiple times to ask my details are removed and all that happens is I get MORE TEXTS. The texts are so often and frequently sent it feels so intrusive! I bought ONE KNIFE months ago and it’s been relentless ever since. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR INFORMATION OR BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered four weeks in advance of my husbands big birthday to ensure it was here as his major present. Still no knives and just crap tracking notices. Birthday is tomorrow and I have nothing. Not really any sympathy and generic emails from their side. Horrible.

Mislead information about offers and deals especially the BLACKJACK buy one get one free offer. Apparently I didn’t qualify for it because the offer ran out an hour later lol. This company states it’s good to its loyal customer of northern knives and that we are their family what a load of nonsense they are out to rob us and wanting every penny of us. They don’t care about loyalty and how they treat there customers we are only a number to them and for anyone looking to be collecting sets expect to pay the full prices cause they will send yous deals but won’t act on them and then say that the offer has ended lol 😂 I won’t be shopping and buying my knives from this company I will be buying elsewhere.

Customer service is garbage. Just spout some pre-designed message but don’t actually help. Shipping time is atrocious and nowhere near the listed time on the website. I would not recommend.

I would leave no stars if I could. I ordered a knife in the free Gunnar knife promotion. All I got was a very bad knife, it looks like it came from Temu. The “free knife” I was supposed to receive never came. When I emailed the company they fobbed me off and then said that they hoped they had resolved the issue. They hadn’t, they hadn’t even answered my question. This company sells terrible knives and does not honour their promotions. Do not believe what they advertise. If you have a problem they refuse to help. Avoid. There are better companies that sell knives out there and they have 100% better customer service. This company has no customer service at all.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a Loki knife from them 4 weeks prior to Christmas to give as a gift and was promised delivery in 7-12 days. At the 12 day mark I checked my order - no tracking. I contacted the company via email and receive a canned response “Thank you for contacting us we hope your issue was resolved.”. No tracking, no new date of shipping…nothing. During the next two weeks I contacted them 4 times and received the same canned response. I finally dug deep to get a phone number for the company. Found one and called 5 times. Not once did I receive an automated message, not once did a human pick up the phone. I filed a claim with PayPal and Northern Knife never responded. My tracking did change and to my surprise, the Made in America knife I bought was shipping from China!!! I escalated my claim with PayPal. Amazingly, I received the knife on the date that the seller was to issue a full refund - 5 weeks after I purchased it. If you do buy from this company, know that your product is NOT made in the USA and you will have to work hard to receive it. My advice - STAY AWAY!

When I placed an order for a knife to be delivered as a gift, their app flipped the billing and shipping addresses. I immediately contacted them and asked the knife be shipped to the recipient. They assured me they fixed it. Of course, it was shipped to me not to the person who should have received it as a gift. I emailed their customer service over 10 times. Each time someone named Mary gave an answer that conflicted with the previous answer. I assume they have several people answering emails all using the name Mary. They finally offered a 70% refund so I could afford to mail the knife to the intended recipient. Of course, that didn't happen and they are no longer responded.

Poor Customer Response I was pleased to receive the knifes that my wife ordered. She ordered 2 knives and 2 sheaths. The order arrived in one package that contained 2 knives and 1 sheath. My wife sent an email, there is no phone number, and explained the issue. MARY from Northern knife replied and requested the order number which we provided. We waited 5 days no reply. My wife made a second email inquiry and was asked to provide the order number again. This has been more than two weeks and I got involved. I sent the original email and asked why we were having an issue. Mary asked me to provide the order number for the third time. Which i did and was told o should check with my neighborhood and the letter carrier. I am frustrated and will be left no option than to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR! Date of experience: February 06, 2025
