I placed two orders this month
I placed two orders this month. Order # 457102 and order # 456101. 9 sheaths and 9 Loki knives. I have sent 3 emails re the orders and cannot get a response re delivery as these are Christmas gifts. Please respond. I will need to cancel these orders if no response. This was an expensive order.

Ordered a set on December 3 for a…
Update:: we received them on 12/26. My husband is very pleased with them. I do think that they need to change their tracking and shipping method. I have seen many who ordered before me who have yet to receive theirs.
Ordered a set on December 3 for a Christmas gift. The tracking after shipping said 5 days, then 12 and now it’s 14. I have contacted customer service. At this point I would like my money back. As of today tracking says held in customs, but why?

Delay in receiving
Ii placed an order on November 30th. Their site says ship in 3-5 days. Shipped on the 6th day. Tracking number found, but their program does not update. Last notification was on Dec 10th. Have no idea if will receive by Christmas. Have to come up with a back up gift plan. Very disappointed. Eighteen days after ordered. No where did it said they're is s delayed delivery on their website.
