I ordered the Valhalla and Loki knife as a Christmas gifts for my husband as ge is particular about his cooking knives and he loves them. I initially placed an order for 1 knife and later that day decided to order a second. The company had a special at the time if you order 2 knives you would receive a 3rd for free. Because I submitted a purchase under 2 separate orders it did not qualify. I wrote to Northern and asked if they would still honor this special and they did. I am very impressed with the customer service provided. Will definitely purchase again.

What a beautiful start to my culinary journey. I’m new in a professional kitchen it’s been about 9 months since I’ve embarked on this culinary voyage. I’ve used the kitchen knives they have at work but they aren’t my own. I came across Northern Knife just before Christmas time. I thought long and hard about my decision and finally decided to get myself a set of knives. I am so pleased with my decision and the company Northern Knife. The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding. Let me start with the beautiful website that got me hooked and now that my knives are here in my hand I have to say they are my new favorite. The beautiful boxes they come in and the short synopsis along with the amazing knife. I went with Valhalla, Bjorn and Loki series. I will definitely be purchasing more. Thank you Northern Knifes for enabling me to feel like a Shield Maiden in the kitchen.

These knives are the sharpest I've ever used, slicing through meat like hot butter. Their extreme sharpness means you must handle them carefully. They appear to be very well made, and I doubt they see any warranty claims over their lifetime.

Order placing was a breeze. Only took me a while longer because I wanted to get so many items lots to choose from. Knives arrived very well packed, and upon inspection I knew I had gotten a great deal!! Even had an extra knife to give away on Christmas!!! Been using the feather knife, the Loki, tried the Ragnarok, even the Bjorn chef knife. All very sharp well built and very beautifully built! Meat cutting is easier then ever, wife loved how fast her veggie cutting went. Very happy customer!!

Fun addition to the kitchen. Knife arrived on time for Christmas. It'll take some getting used to from a normal chef's knife, but it's well balanced and sharp.

We ordered these on a buy two get one free and then added a mystery knife! The quality of these knives is amazing. They are very beautiful knives to look at as well. We used the feather knife for slicing veggies. So smooth and controlled. And then got to use the butcher knife for our flak steak off the blackstone. It was very smooth cutting no sawing away. I would by these again for sure and I would recommend them to anyone. We just got them at Christmas time so as for longevity we can not speak on yet. But I’m glad we got these!!

Wow! I stumbled upon the website as I was trying to find something for my brother-in-law's birthday. I ordered on a Friday evening and the gift was delivered on a Tuesday. I ordered three knives and I was impressed at the photos and videos I watched. My brother-in-law loved them! As a matter of fact I watched him on video as he opened each item and he was speechless. He said the knives were very sharp and too nice to be used around his bbq pit. Thanks for making him a happy man
