Beautiful knife!
Beautiful knife! My husband is a chef and we love to pot luck and take food to other people's homes. Often, they don't have very good knives, so he will wrap his chef's knife in a towel to take with us. I was so happy to gift him this beautiful, high-quality, versatile knife with a nice leather case. Thank you!

Excellent Knives
Order these knives for my wife, although for sure I'll be using as well. This is our first time purchasing these knives and we're not disappointed, very well built and comfortable in your hand. Well done Northern Knife. Next, we want to get leather sheaths to protect them, and possibly a magnet wood knife holder board. Cheers KenS.

A very good Christmas
I ordered the knives for my two son-in-laws after Christmas for next Christmas due to already having their presents. But due to multiple illnesses in the family, we did not get to have our Christmas until January 10th weekend. I could not wait until next year and I’m glad I didn’t! They were the hit of the presents! They went on and on about the quality and could not wait to use them!

Great Knives, Easy to Order
Website was easy to use. I ordered two knives for my husband. He buys large cuts of meats at Sams Club and cuts them up and divides them into meal size portions for us. These knives are very sharp and do the job. He said it took him a little bit to bet used to them, but loves them. Wish you made a good set of steak knives!!

A Gift For Both Of Us
I originally bought a knife for my husband for a Christmas gift. I let him open it early so he could use it for our Christmas rib dinner! He loved it, and I keep using it too because it is such a great knife. We got another, and plan to buy many more. I love the way they look, the way they feel in my hand and the sharpness with which they cut.

I have 3 of their knives
I have 3 of their knives, Valhalla butcher knife, Loki series Viking knife and Blackout Edition. They’re great knives and very sharp. I look for reasons to use them. They’ve cut through prime rib and tri tip flawlessly.

My wife totally surprised me with the…
My wife totally surprised me with the Loki Viking knife for Christmas. She really took a chance getting me this as I was a professional chef with 45 years of knife skills. I've done virtually all kinds of food prep, from veggies to butchering beef and most everything with a face that was edible. No longer in the culinary field, but I am a carnivore and have enjoyed using my new knife to cut my raw and cooked meats. I will add others over time.

Well made and sharp
My daughter ordered her husband a set of knives for Christmas and when we saw them decided to order a set for ourselves. They are heavy well made knives and are very sharp. Made cutting our Christmas ham a breeze!
