Avoid. Tracking and shipping is awful. States 5-10 days on their website, longer shipping time would be fine if they were honest and stated real shipping times. Missed the birthday it was for, no longer needed as had to buy something else. Total waste of time and money, not to mention the CONSTANT texts and emails!!!

Update: finally, after posting a negative review online, I received a message from customer service that they were disappointed to see my negative review and then provided me with tracking information for a package coming from China. The item arrived damage for the second time and I requested a refund. I placed an order the first week of December through a social media ad, which noted guaranteed arrival by Christmas. While I received ongoing tracking notification emails, they offered no real-time tracking on these items. When I reached out to customer service, they let me know the items would not arrive in time for Christmas and to monitor the tracking information for updates. Items finally arrived in duct-taped packing envelopes in mid-January, with one item cracked straight through. When I contacted customer service, they replied that they had initiated a replacement order immediately. That was 4 weeks ago. Despite my attempts to contact customer service for tracking info and updates, I haven't received any updates or the replacement item. Unfortunately, two and half months later my order is still incomplete. I will never purchase from this company again.

Ordered December 26, 2023. I get this email response the first week of Feb 2024…now February 17th. Merry Christmas to my son-in-law. Hello, Thank you for your email. Again, our sincere apologies for this experience and for this little delay. Please know that when you place your order, we immediately process and ship it to the courier. Hence, due to this busy season, our delivery takes longer than expected and sadly we don't have any control over our shipping partners. Anyhow, in the meantime, we have refunded you in full. You will receive your package within 2-5 business days. Still have NOT Received!! No tracking number, nothing. 69 years old and no clue what direction to go or take on this.

Terrible shipment and tracking.
Ordered knives on 12/1/23. As of 12/28/23 still have not received them. I believe the original information said delivery of 12/21 or 12/22. The shipment tracking is terrible. It shows shipment sitting in one place for days on end, then updates to show multiple updates from the previous days. I am wondering if they will be here before Jan 1.
