I really wish I would have found these reviews before I placed my order. After seeing the ads on social media, I did some research and it seemed to be legit but I think now that I have been scammed too. I placed order #425829 back on November 23, allowing plenty of time before Christmas. Now here I sit, a few days before Christmas without the gifts I planned for my husband and son. The most recent tracking shows that it was handed over to USPS on December 15. If that were the case, shouldn’t I have a valid postal tracking number and be able to see where it is?! So frustrating!

No legitimate tracking number sent. The website tracking is clearly made up and has no connection to the emails I've received from the company. I'm starting to believe this is a scam.

Worst customer service ever. Placed 2 orders on Dec 11th and still have no tracking information. I have made several attempts to reach out to them and have received no reply. This is a Christmas gift and is now going to be late. Very diss satisfied so far with this company. Would not recommend at this point.

I ordered a complete set plus a knife stand from them (Order #443739). Before ordering them on Dec 8th I checked with them and they assured me they would be to me by the 18th. Their tracking system showed shipped but no tracking info. I have emailed them for an update. No response. So I believe this site is a scam. I will be reporting the charge to my credit card company on Monday as a fraud charge on Monday if they do not arrive. These were to be a Christmas gift. They basically screwed me. Beware ordering from them. Your response is BS. Your advertisement said it would be delivered before Christmas. If it was on the way you would have sent me tracking information to my email and responded to my emails asking for a status. Based on your stated timelines and your tracking page it should have arrived by today. Checking UPS and USPS tracking I do not see any packages coming to me in the near future. How about you tracking from your end? I am sure I will be reporting a scam charge to my account tomorrow afternoon. Surprise. Just as I was ready to call my credit card company, I received an email that a package was coming. Then an email from them that my knives were to be delivered, even though their tracking system did not show it. The knives came and look ok, but based on tracking not made in the USA. We will see how they holds up. Long story short their customer service stinks. I would look at other options if you want to buy knives online.

Order #444343 I placed the order several weeks ago and have contacted the company almost a dozen times to get an update and tracking number. They don't respond, and the tracking capability does not give any information. I need this order before Christmas or I want to cancel if not received by then. 5 knives and 5 sheaths. Beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and information

Like so many other people here, I ordered on 11/29 and have received no knife. I should have read reviews here before I purchased. The ‘tracking’ info is terrible. I reached out to customer service and of course have heard nothing. I’m pretty sure this company is a scam. The address listed is in like Deleware, which clearly is not the case. False advertising.

Ordered 3 knives and a sharpener on November 30th. These were meant as gifts. When checking tracking, shows still in a facility and tracking has not been updated since December 8. It is now December 20th. So no activity for 12 days. Tried to contact company, no one will respond to my emails. Very very disappointed in this company. Had to go buy additional gifts. I am beginning to think this company is a scam. Order # for tracking 430507

I have not received my order. I have an order confirmation but there is no tracking information available with this order number. I have tried several times to contact customer service and have not received a response. There was a guaranteed delivery by Christmas which the company is not honoring. I replied to "James" who was wanting me to buy more. No response back to update me on my current order. I would not recommend placing online orders with this company.
