NorthernknifeReviews of northernknife.com

I can not recall very many times that I have truly been impressed by the quality of a mail or internet order as I recently was when I received my Northern “Loki “ series knives .Upon their timely arrival, when they arrived in truly quality packaging, I was impressed. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship are beautiful and beyond description. I ordered 4 identical knives giving 3 of them to my life long hunting partners who were absolutely floored by them. They all remarked how incredibly impressed they were with their knife and repeatedly expressed their appreciation. The smiles on their faces told the tale. They were “Happy Campers”. It is my intention to start a tradition and present them each with another Northern Knife next Holiday season. The quality, materials, and craftsmanship are truly beyond compare. Thank you Northern Knife.

Great customer service and knives!! Got the Loki for my husband’s Christmas present. He loved it! I ordered the Ragnar for Valentine's Day and couldn’t wait. I gave it to him early, and it was a hit!! I will definitely be ordering more for gifts to complete the collection.

I recently purchased the Valhalla knife and the Loki knife from Northern Knife, and I’m happy to report they arrived faster than a raven sent by Odin himself. Both knives were well packaged, arrived safely, and looked absolutely battle ready straight out of the box. The Valhalla lives up to its name. It’s solid, balanced, and clearly forged for a place among the honored blades. It cuts cleanly and effortlessly, making prep feel less like a chore and more like a victory feast in the great hall. The Loki, stays true to its namesake, is a little more mischievous sleek, and deadly precise. It feels quick in the hand, as if it’s always plotting something cleaver. I did take notice of the gray areas on the blade at first, which gave me a moment of hesitation, but after washing and putting both knives to use, there have been no issues at all. No material transfer, no residue, and no performance concerns just sharp, reliable blades doing exactly what they’re meant to do. All told, these knives look incredible, perform exceptionally well, and feel worthy of their mythological names. Whether you’re preparing a weeknight dinner or a feast fit for the gods, Northern Knife delivers steel you can trust even if one of them is named after the god of mischief.

When my Loki knives arrived, I took one out of the box and wrapped my hand around the handle - and it FIT my small hand! Then I slipped a finger into the finger hole, and I swear it woke up some of my norse DNA, because then it fit my hand even better. Now that I am old and arthritic, most knives feel like they are about 2 seconds away from causing me to lose a finger, but this one is STEADY as a ROCK when I am using it! It easily slides through everything I try to cut, without using a lot of force, and if I want to apply some pressure to the back of the blade because my hand is getting tired, it stays very steady. I can even cut thin slices from slender items that would normally twist, roll, or fall over. Zero wobble with my finger in the hole. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making such a beautiful knife that actually safely accommodates smaller hands, and crippled up old viking grandmas! (If I ever had to use it for self-defense, I might have to pity the aggressor.) This is a well made tool that will become an heirloom. Now I want more of your knives...please make more with the finger-grip.

I ordered the Bjorn utility knife and Valhalla chefs knife, as well as the premium knife sharpener. Everything came within 5 days, which was 2 days earlier than estimated. Knives came in nice boxes and everything was bubble wrapped, as well. These knives are beautiful and sharp! Slice right through a piece of paper. So happy I found this company as I feel they deliver a good product at a fair price. Cut through meat easily, as well as produce. Love these knives and will purchase more when needed!

I absolutely love this company. I can not be happier with my purchase. Also the communication and deals I get offered make me want to buy more. Thank you so much NorthernKnife.com, You're the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The knife is high quality and heavy. Comes with a terrific factory edge. Was not disappointed!

I didn’t know what I was going to get when I ordered from Northern. I knew that I wanted a forged chefs knife that was unique and most importantly, did its job. What I received (Valhalla) is so much more. It’s razor sharp, fits my hand perfectly, and is beautiful. I’m just getting started with it but so far I’m very happy. I’ve been eyeing the Loki next.
