Recieved a magnetic knife board for my birthday. Shortly after the 30 day warranty I noticed multiple cracks running the length of the board. I reached out to Northern and after providing a few pictures of their product, they sent me a replacement within the week. Thank you Northern for excellent customer support.

Thank you for sharing your experience! While we're sorry the original board didn't hold up, we're glad our team was able to step in and make it right quickly. Standing behind our products is something we take seriously, no matter the timeline. We hope the new board serves you well for a long time. Thanks for trusting us! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team

Ordered my husband some knives for Christmas. They are sooooo awesome! They are very sharp! He ended up slicing his thumb open and getting 9 stitches after his first time using them. There needs to be a warning - do not use when drinking like a Viking! lol. Since then we have ordered another 2 knives and sheaths. We got a great deal on all the knives, until we got the bill for the hospital lol. These are seriously amazing knives through! Go buy some!
Response from NorthernknifeApr 22, 2026
Ha! That's one way to test the sharpness — though we wouldn't recommend it! We hope your husband's thumb has made a full recovery, and we love that it didn't stop you from coming back for more. Maybe we should add that warning to the box: "Sharp enough to impress, even sharper after mead." Thanks for the laughs and the recommendation — enjoy the growing collection, safely this time! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team

These knives are AMAZING. The craftsmanship, sharp edge, and the overall look of these knives are flawless. I got the three knife deal for my wife for our anniversary (she is an executive chef) and she is so happy about them. They get a lot of admiration from her co workers. I am going to have to complete the set and just get all of them. You guys are awesome.
Response from NorthernknifeApr 22, 2026
Thank you for the love! When an executive chef gives the seal of approval, you know the quality speaks for itself. We're honoured these made it into a professional kitchen — and that they're turning heads among the team too. Sounds like completing the set is the perfect next move. Happy anniversary to you both! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team

Knives are fantastic, work well and stay sharp, always handwash. Customer service is very responsive and quick to address issues, I had one lost in transit, very quickly sent a replacement. This is an excellent company to deal with.

Thank you for the kind words! We're glad the knives are holding their edge — and that you're taking great care of them with handwashing. Sorry to hear about the lost shipment, but we're happy our team jumped on it quickly. Making things right is just what we do. Thanks for trusting NorthernKnife! 🔪 — The NorthernKnife Team
