Scam! It’s been over two weeks and still no shipping info, no response from multiple emails, etc. I’ll be calling my CC this week and disputing charges. I’ve since investigated and this company is claiming to be out of NY, but really it’s out of China and all products are coming from there. Poorly made and smelly, from other reviews.

They have a terrible return policy and customer service. I received the wrong shoes and size and they refused to provide a return label. They want me to pay for shipping to Italy which is as expensive as the shoes!

I would give zero stars if I could. My pair has still not shown up and they will do nothing for me. I have emailed the company at least seven or eight times. Stay away!!! I tried to buy these for a gift for someone. I ordered my own pair which actually showed up. But the second pair I ordered still has not come and no one will respond to me at the company.

Delivery was slow. And product not worth the money no matter how good it seems. Shoes arrived and smelled like a brand new car tire or worse. Left them outside for days and still smell horrible. This store is like one you might find on Amazon and Amazon has easier return policy.

Number 1…where is English option? Not hearing back to return. The shoes could have been good but the soles are extremely narrow and will mess up body alignment My biggest issue is that you will not respond so that I can return.

Do not shop here. Products are not as described and their customer service is nonexistent . Before I purchased these I specifically asked if The Loafer can be worn outside as a shoe. The answer was yes. While these do have a rubber sole, they are nothing more than slippers with rubber soles. No structure at all. I asked for a prepaid return label as they were sold under false pretenses . My request was denied, and I was given an address to send them back to Italy. Return shipping will probably cost more than the item itself. I should have known this was a shady company when there is no phone # to reach a representative. Again, do not shop here!!!

This is not an Italian based shoe company as portrayed on Instagram. I went straight to the site, thinking that’s the best way to avoid a scam. Nope, these ship directly from China. It took 6+ weeks for me to get them and the chemical smell is HORRID.
