There is no way a child would take the gummies and vitamin C drops. They taste horrible and even burn.

I Don't need a supply this month. I would have appreciated an alert telling me it was coming with option to skip. Now I have an oversupply. I already have a backup bottle.

I was not happy with the product that I’ve been purchasing directly from the website for years, expressed this to customer service. They immediately assumed I purchased the product from Amazon. When I corrected them, I asked if they could send me a new one from a different batch and I was completely shot down with a cold response. They offered a coupon code through a phone number, which I did not bother with. I am honestly so bummed at the horrible customer service. Even if they weren’t able to replace the product, I do not understand why they had to be so cold and dismissive.

I ordered and it said nothing about being out of stock after three weeks I called and they said they had no idea when it would be in stock. Bad communication, and yes they did refund but they should have told me upfront.

I received a bottle of Ashadrene that had a rancid, spoiled taste and asked for credit. My request was repeatedly washed over with the explanation that it was just a stronger batch and some people can’t adjust to the varying flavor. But, I was offered credit for the second, unopened bottle. Meanwhile, my insistence that I received bad product was, in effect, ignored. I’ve used P73 Extra Strength liquid and capsules for over 15 years and never expected this low level response to a product quality complaint. I hope this isn’t an indicator of decline in the company because their products have always been outstanding. Until this bad batch of Ashadrene and a refusal on their part to even consider it might be inferior or spoiled product.

Tooooo much shipping charges

I will not support this business again after my experience.
