Never received my order

[Order #137390] (March 22, 2025) I ordered 2- 1oz bottles of Organol. I only received one bottle. I brought this to your attention through your chat site on March 28/25. I was informed, through your site, that you were sending the second bottle right away. However, I have still not received the 2nd bottle of Oreganal that was fully paid for on the 22nd of March.

You steal reward points. As one person, I eat your recommended scoop per day, and when I run out and re-order again, the reward points, which must build to a level in order to be used, are gone. Can't figure how you savvy.

I paid for two bottle w the promise of a third bottle or garlic for free as you offered and you only sent my 2. I called and operator said a 3rd bottle would be sent and it never was. Bad business on your part.
