3rd time having problems placing orders online website. Last order NAHS website offering % discount offer, when adding third item to cart the dollar discount amount would be reduced. Tried several times, never able to get discount to calculate correctly. Next day phoned in order & was given full discount. Problem ordering via phone there are no previous phone invoices available when logging into account. I would have ordered more items but I do not remember what was purchaes in the past & do not have record of past orders placed. Should be noted every attempt to place the order I had to go back and search for every item again.

I called and left a message and I did not hear back from anyone… I let you all know my first order went well second order I only received one of the two items and paid you all for it … and I cannot keep giving my money away and get partial merchandise.. very disappointing

I would have liked to add a product onto the order, but the order just came without an email warning. So I did not get to add a product.

The website is very difficult to use. To order the items I ordered. I had to add an item to the cart then search again, then add item, then search again... If I get everything in one search I should be able to click and choose from that search to get the items in the cart.
