I’ve been trying to login to my account the last three days to cancel my subscription and it wouldn’t let me in. I sent a message twice to cancel my subscription cause I have two much product.

Small bottle,way over priced!

I tried to place order yesterday but your sever was having issues. Haven’t had time to revisit and hopefully when I do pricing hasn’t changed.

For 2 days straight, their website has loading problems, freezing and showing error messages. Maybe this happens more in the evening than mornings because I looked at the site during a work break and it seemed okay and then by evening, can't access certain product pages. What is going on? Site bandwidth?

I ordered 1 oregano oil bottle but they mailed 2 of them. I told them that I would like to return the extra one they sent me because I did not order 2. they said to return it but I had to pay for the shipping of the return. I told them that it was not my fault that they made a mistake. they told me that they will send me a label to mail it back so that I can get a refund. its been 2 days and they have not sent me the label so that I can mail it back. everytime I called they always had an excuse to why it was not emailed to me. they are just giving me the run around and I dont have time for that. I will never buy from this place again. they like to scam you by adding an extra order and give you a hard time to get a refund. I will never recommend this company! They are a scam!

I have no information on an order I was trying to place after multiple attempts. No one got back to me. The shipping address I have on file is no longer being accepted as a viable address. I’m unclear on why this is happening. I still get my subscription orders at the same address. When I attempt to check the order detail for order WC0157243, I can’t get pass your site bot. Does the website still work?
