My gift was high quality silver, and has such intricate detail. i love it!

I bought a pair of Ear plugs and a ring, both are beautiful pieces. I bought them in the time of Corona and the Ring was a size to big for me. Sending it back would have cost me (and still does) a large amount of money, due to the Corona crisis. After contacting the customer support, they offered me to get a second ring one size smaller to wear during these times, and send the bigger one back as soon as the prices are getting back to normal, which I will definetely do. Fast and friendly, and most importantly helpful responses. The customer service is easily the best I ever experienced and the bought products are wonderful as well. The ring looks beautiful and is of excellent material, it's comfy to wear as well as the ear plugs. I'm very happy and thankful and simply see no reason to give less then 5 Stars. I will definetely buy again from them. Greetings from Germany :)

Incredibly pleased with my purchase from Norsespirit! They provided me with constant updates throughout the delivery process of my order. I also received multiple check-in emails from them providing me with the opportunity to give feedback, I appreciate the effort to stay connected with their customers. I will 100% be ordering again!
