Hi Erik, we're glad you like your item but shipping over the Christmas period has been a real challenge. All our domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-3 days and are sent with tracking numbers but as a result of covid and Christmas, USPS has really struggled to deliver on time and to keep the tracking information up to date. We hope this won't stop you from shopping with us again.

Hi Nicola, the t-shirts are printed off site by our printers and the bracelet will be sent from our warehouse so we would expect them to arrive separately. Hey Georgie, apologies if you had problems tracking your order. You should have been sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your items were despatched. Failing that you can always track progress of your order via our website - you just need your order number and the email address used when you placed the order. Hope the gifts are well received!
