Our workers comp policy was canceled
Our workers comp policy was canceled by Normandy due to a mistake made by our payroll company. Despite the fact that all premiums were being paid by the payroll company, Normandy refused to reinstate the policy once the mistake was discovered. This is this is not what I would expect from a professional organization!

We're not able to find it under the name here, and we'd like to investigate what happened. If the payroll company didn't pay for months, that may be why it wasn't reinstated, but please give us a chance to review and get back to you on this. Thank you! Update - thank you for the information. Ultimately, payment wasn't received for over 4 months, which resulted in the cancellation. We do send out notices advising of pending cancel dates, but this was cancelled for too long to reinstate. We have limits set by insurance boards that allow us certain time frames to reinstate, and unfortunately, this was well outside that timeframe. Sorry we aren't able to assist. We appreciate how frustrating this must be.
