First time leaving a bad review for something. Purchased a dress and emailed within 30 minutes to please cancel or even exchange. No response until 2 days later saying it had already been shipped. Was told IN WRITING I could return. Fast forward, return not accepted. Out $150. Honestly I will never buy this brand anywhere because of this! Avoid

I bought the "straight skirt to knee" online. When I got it , a tag on it said not to wear heavy handbags with it or it would pill. Nothing in the online description said anything about pilling. I emailed them and they wrote that it will not pill for a significant time , especially if I don't wear any heavy handbags. I wore it twice and it pilled extensively. I wanted it shortened so I emailed NK about that. They emailed that you have to have it cut. I had it cut and it looks bad . When I got the shirt it had a hem which I guess came from their factory and there were no stitches on the hem . It hung differently ( and much better) before having it cut. They haven't responded to my emails about the pilling or the look of the hem . They should give me back my money , change the fabric used for the skirt and tell people not to buy it if they want it shorter.

My sister ordered a jumpsuit size small. The jumpsuit is supposed to be a size small but it fits like a size extra Large. This company will not return any calls or emails that were sent to them. We cannot get through to them on the phone to get a refund. Please help.

The black l/s turtleneck dress is a hit! The thumb holes are an added touch I just love, too. The fabric is smooth with a flattering fit & perfect for a function I bought it for next month. The “little black dress” is a must-have for any girl, & I recommend this one.
