The product is excellent, the customer service is terrible. I just had 2 easy questions but was made to do a video and take pictures of their own how-to guide. Want my support for your product to others.... improve your customer service - it is taking value out of your product.

Very frustrating start, but improving. I'm updating my review based on the ongoing experience. Note that Nordik are a small, growing company, so have a small staff. May 2026 - I ordered the Prestige Cold Plunge and the 2 person infrared sauna. total around $10k First the cold plunge. they don't tell you it weighs 240lb and is extremely difficult to move. It took me four days to get through to customer service who told me to use lifting straps. That didnt work for us after an hour of heavy work. We intend to have movers do it for us. I have suggested to them to provide the moving straps as a minimum with orders., but it needs to be clear that you need help moving this. The sauna arrived a week ago- fairly easy to put together apart from the door where i had to re drill holes for one door bracket - a common issue it seems, but I gather they plan to change this design. The door magnet does not work given the positioning, and so the door wont stay closed. They are sending me an additional magnet to address this, but it is a design flaw. Again, lack of communication and lots of stressful chasing. finally the owner called me and was pretty good about addressing concerns and seems to be addressing minor issues like - the instruction manual! My biggest issue was the primary heat panels on the back wall didn't work. it turns out, they aren't faulty but the instructions were not clear in the booklet (they are also updating this). there are two knobs on the panel which appear to be volume controls for the speakers. they are not, they are for the heat and need to be on maximum. The biggest issue is that customer services are slow, due to the growth in demand. they need to improve their information, FAQ's etc to reduce the need for customer service. Overall a stressful week as i wasn't hearing back, but the issues weren't as big as we worried. much of this seems to be growing pains in a small company.
