Hi Jo, We have been unable to identify any customer order or support history under this name matching the experience described in this review. A few points in the review also do not accurately reflect our business. Our portable sauna is specifically advertised and sold as a portable steam sauna; we do not represent it as a traditional dry sauna. We also operate a physical showroom in Montreal where customers are welcome to see our products and speak with our team in person. In addition, Nordik Recovery has a customer support team of more than 10 agents assisting customers with orders, deliveries, product questions and technical support. If this review relates to a genuine Nordik Recovery purchase, please provide your order number or the email address used to place the order and we’ll gladly review the complete history of the case. At this time, however, we have not been able to connect the name or circumstances described here to any identifiable customer order or interaction in our records.

Hi Abi, Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the experience you had with this order. Your sauna was delivered on July 17, and we're glad the situation has now been fully resolved. Your order was placed just as we launched our new Toronto fulfillment partnership. Although the sauna was already stocked at our new warehouse less than an hour away from you, a technical issue prevented the order from being properly released for fulfillment. Unfortunately, that issue was not reported back to our team as it should have been, which is why our support agents initially had difficulty providing you with a clear explanation or delivery update. We also apologize that the callback you were promised did not happen on time. Even while we were trying to determine the cause of the fulfillment issue, we should have communicated more proactively with you. The underlying technical issue has since been addressed, and the fulfillment process with our Toronto warehouse is now operating normally. Customers in the GTA can currently expect delivery of in-stock saunas within approximately 1–2 days. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation, and we hope you're enjoying your sauna.

Hi, We have been unable to identify any customer order or support case matching this review based on the name and information provided. The review also does not include any details about the sauna model, the issue experienced, or the customer service interaction, which unfortunately gives us nothing we can use to investigate what may have happened. If this relates to a genuine Nordik Recovery purchase, please send us your order number and some additional details about the issue. We’ll gladly review the case and make sure any legitimate concern is properly addressed.

Hi Shay, We’re sorry this situation became so frustrating, particularly during the period when communication slowed down. At the time, your case was being handled directly by one of our co-founders, who was temporarily away, which unfortunately resulted in a longer response time than it should have. We recognize that we should have ensured a smoother handoff and clearer communication during that period. Once we reconnected, we worked with you to resolve the situation fully. Rather than proceeding with the partial refund that had initially been discussed, we ultimately provided a complete replacement sauna and addressed the outstanding concerns with your original unit. We’re glad we were able to reach a proper resolution and appreciate the opportunity to make the situation right.
