I ordered my sauna on November 28, 2025. My order arrived in late March of 2026 with a broken cover for the top and a missing sealing strip. While the company was fast to respond and did send a replacement sealing strip, it is now October, and I still have an unsatisfactory resolution for the broken top cover. This may be insignificant to some, but for me, my sauna is positioned in a place where the top is very visible. They offered me money with the excuse that "they did not know how to ship the top". When they finally shipped it, I received the new top, cut into 2 pieces, with the explanation that this is the new top. And while better, it is not what I purchased. I bought this sauna for function AND aesthetics..like many other people. If I had known that if was going to look SO cheap and bad in this regard would have taken my business elsewhere. My costco sauna looked better than this!

The cold plunge is completely warped after just one year of use. The lid doesn't cover the tub by 2 or 3inches on both sides now. Warranty covered nothing

I recently purchased the Ultimate Pro package from Nordic Recovery, including both the ice bath and the chiller unit. From a product standpoint, it generally meets my expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the customer experience and after-sales support. It is virtually impossible to speak directly with a representative. All requests must be submitted through a form or by email, and response times are often measured in days rather than hours. When an issue requires multiple exchanges, each reply results in another lengthy wait, meaning that even a relatively simple problem can take weeks to resolve. In my case, I also discovered that the documentation provided did not match the model I received. The manuals appear to be outdated, creating unnecessary confusion and raising numerous questions, particularly regarding maintenance and operation of the unit. This leads to avoidable frustration and additional support requests. I get the impression that the company faces significant challenges with its customer service processes and case management. This is especially disappointing considering the premium price point of the product. If you are considering purchasing from Nordic Recovery, I strongly recommend evaluating other suppliers as well and paying close attention to the quality of the after-sales support being offered. For me, the product itself is satisfactory, but the overall experience has been very disappointing. The lack of accessibility, slow response times, and difficulty obtaining effective support turned what should have been a straightforward experience into a significant source of frustration. Future buyers should make sure the level of customer support meets their expectations before making an investment of this magnitude.

The product was delayed for months. When I finally received it - the glass was shattered. Was told a new pane would ship that week and instead it took another 3. The new package was missing the door seal - took another 2 weeks to get that. Customer service is awful - no one answers the phone, emails take forever. Would recommend going with another company if you are looking for a good customer service experience.
