We ordered our one person sauna last Tuesday and received it the following Tuesday in BC. I am totally impressed with the speed of delivery and the excellent packaging! The set up was really easy and 2 hours later I was sitting in our sauna sweating buckets, I love it and would recommend this product to anyone. Thanks so much Nordik!

Compact Pro Chiller The original unit that was delivered was unfortunately defective; however, Nordik's customer service was extremely responsive. Within one day of reporting the issue, I was on a video call with their technical service representative (Ramon) who assisted with troubleshooting and visual inspection of the unit. After determining that there was an issue, he promptly started the process to get a replacement unit delivered and walked me through their very simple instructions (basically just print out a pre-paid shipping label and leave it at the original delivery location). The defective unit was picked up a day later and returned to Nordik's warehouse (at their cost) and the replacement unit showed up 3 days later. Ramon then had me participate in a set-up success video call once I set up the replacement unit to ensure everything was working smoothly. Even after we confirmed the unit was working without issue, Ramon followed up numerous times the week following to make sure the unit was still performing without issue. For my inconvenience, he threw in a free 90-day maintenance kit. Extremely impressed with the performance of the unit and the customer service at Nordik. Highly recommend. 5 stars even considering the issues with the first unit based on Nordik's timely response and commitment to make it right.

I ordered a 4-6 person sauna with Nordik few weeks ago, but due to the ground condition at the place I am moving to needed more prep work to be done. Nordik gladly helped me to cancel the order without much of a fuss. Their customer service commitment ls shown brightly through my case. I will definitely order with them once my prep work is done.

I am happy with 1-person sauna bought recently. It fits nicely in its placed corner and works efficiently. I also appreciate the attitude of and services provided by Nordikrecovery’s staff. Highly recommended.

After a good amount of time researching, I eventually found that this is the best single person sauna available right now. The build is not perfect, but the few things that I find could be improved, are not something significant that this is still top of my list. Here's a few things that I think can be improved: 1) the door is heavy and tends to sag, but this has to be a proper quality glass for good heat retention and aesthetics, in fact you should not install it yourself - get someone to help raise and hold it while you mount the screws; i was able to do it myself with proper tools and some planning, but if you are not handy, get help 2) i am of slightly smaller than average size and i find the heater in the back doesn't quite reach my lower back, which was a personal preference, but this is something i can address with a small seat i can custom make, but others of average size will likely find the heater position perfect, and 3) the heat on the lower legs is lower than i want, but this sauna is built to plug in directly to the standard wall outlet, so heat distribution needs to fit into that limitation and in fact, Nordik customer service confirmed this. If your needs are for a higher heat capacity, Nordik may have other products to fit that, but those may also need installation requirements beyond a standard plug and play, which is what this single sauna unit is Now there's some review than mentioned that the customer service is not responsive but this was not my experience. In fact, I reached out to them because there was a price change about a month after my order and they promptly honored the new price with a quick refund to my account. As of this writing, the sauna is working perfectly, heats up quickly to 65C (i've only been setting it up to 60C so far which is sufficient for my need). I use it at least 2 to 3 times a week, and will get more use soon as everyone in the family starts to enjoy it. Do yourself a favor, get one and start enjoying the benefits of sauna. The assembly was easy, it looks great, it really does, which is a plus, and for the price, this has to be the best single person sauna out there.
