I was skeptical to order a sauna and did tons of research to find the right one. I went with the Nordik and couldn’t be happier. Everything is very well made and works excellent. My only gripe is that there is no app to turn it on remotely but that’s not a real issue. Just something I hope they may add down the road. I highly recommend this sauna.

We bought a 2-person infrared sauna and absolutely love it. The customer service has been above and beyond. The installation was difficult, but very do-able with 2 people.

Love the sauna, I use it almost daily. Honestly very little to complain about. Assembly was easy, looks good, works great, only negative is it takes a little while to get to temperature but I just adjust what I’m doing to allocate time for it.

From the speedy and friendly delivery to the excellent installation instructions, it wasn't long before I was enjoying the heat and benefits of my 1-person sauna. It's a favourite part of my day! I highly recommend Nordik Recovery.

From the initial purchase to the customer support from Hassan, the experience was exactly what I would have expected buying a high end sauna. We waited only 2 weeks for delivery. We did encounter some minor aesthetic issues that were caused during delivery and an issue with the time the sauna took to heat. We contacted them and their response time and customer service was flawless ( thank you Hassan!!). This company is a rarity, they stand behind their products, their commitment to quality has them responding quickly and with care. When we realized we’d need a part replaced Justin ( a founder) called us himself and sent a technician who was professional and knowledgeable solving the issue at hand quickly and even putting it together for us at no extra charge for the minor inconvenience. We chose this sauna for its good reviews and amazing design. My only regret is buying the one person model, we love it so much we wish we could lie down! We will definitely buy other recovery products from them and I foresee an upgrade to the 2 person in the near future! I definitely recommend!

I love my sauna so much! The single warms up quickly and is the perfect size. It took a bit of time to ship to me, but the great customer service kept me informed and up-to-date the whole time! Recently I went on holiday and used a traditional sauna and I have to say that it made me love my Nordik Sauna even more. The air in the traditional sauna is so hot but in mine it is comfortable but my body heats up that I get the exact same results! I need to bring an extra towel in to dry off throughout my session! It was delivered right to my door and my partner and I were able to bring all the pieces inside. He put the sauna together in an afternoon and the fact that it just plus into a regular outlet makes it that much more practical. The wood is high quality and the built-in speakers let me customize my experience: I can listen to an audiobook, healing frequencies, or my favourite playlist via bluetooth to my phone! The air purifier thing is also a great addition.

The customer service team is amazing, huge thanks to Sayrie for always following up and making sure our products work well. It is so easy to contact customer service and the support is amazing couldn’t be happier with the sauna too. The shipping was super fast considering we were across the nation. we use it everyday and have no problems at all.
