UPDATE: Owner of company reached out to me after review received. Personal phone call to discuss issues from before and a full replacement of chiller. Very pleased with how my original issues were taken care of. Was professional and indicated that their team are really trying to mitigate issues from past by updating products and focusing on quality and longevity.

The product is well built and really enjoy it. works fantastic. Had a small issue at the beginning but the company stepped up and sent me new parts with step by step instructions on how to replace it. After they sent the replacement items, the owner personally followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was working and i was happy. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for their products.
