We are so happy with our Nordik Recovery Sauna. Set up was simple and works perfectly. Shipping took a bit longer than anticipated but it was well worth the wait.

We’re extremely happy with our sauna purchase from Nordik. From start to finish, the overall experience was excellent. We did run into a few installation issues and needed to replace a damaged bench, but the customer service was outstanding every step of the way. We were in direct contact with one of the owners, Justin, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and exactly right. He answered all of our questions promptly and was incredibly helpful troubleshooting a few concerns we had around heat-up times. We really appreciated the one-on-one consultation and the genuine care and attention given to all of our questions and concerns. That level of customer support made a huge difference. We absolutely love our sauna—both how it performs and how it looks. We get compliments on it from everyone who sees it. Beyond that, we’re enjoying the long-term wellness benefits and feel great about our decision. We did a lot of research on materials and overall build quality, and Nordik stood out above the rest for their wellness-focused craftsmanship and thoughtful design. We would highly recommend Nordik to anyone considering a sauna.

I love my sauna! it is absolutely amazing! it checks all the boxes. There were some engineering issues that I had to repair, particularly with the glass door unable to stay closed. Otherwise it is perfect. I am thrilled!
