Same scam...ADHD test with no clear mention of a subscription. Paid the £1.95 but got nothing in return for that. My bank shows immediate money in or money out of my account on my phone, so I figured it was a £1.95 scam, so a cheap lesson really. Then the £39.95 went out of my account two weeks later! I guess many people won't notice the rip-off until much later. HOWEVER, yesterday, on the same day the £39.95 was stolen, I emailed Testlibrary.com directly and demanded an immediate refund and directly accused them of fraud which would be reported to USA and UK government agencies. 5 hours later the money was refunded back into my bank via my PayPal. Thieving scammers indeed. NordicaLab.com is merely a paypal account set up for this scam. Good luck to you all with getting your refunds!! Go for the throat and they'll pay!!

Another scam taking $39.95 a month without authorization! Do not engage in their $1.95 offer for online test of any type because they then bill you for more!

Nachdem ich die bisher abgegebenen Bewertungen gelesen habe, fielen mir die Schuppen von den Auge. Es ist offenbar das verbrecherische Geschäftsmodell dieser Firma, ein Angebot für 39,97 am Ende mit einer nicht getätigten Bestellung von 109,95 zu verbinden. Paypal bucht ab, offenbar ohne Prüfung des Sachverhaltes, Rücksendeschein gibt es nicht, nach Rücksendeeingang keine Reaktion, keine Eingangsbestätigung, keine Rückzahlung. Paypal gibt keine Hilfe - meldet Vorgang als geschlossen und verweigert die Wiederaufnahme des Problems. Also in Zukunft am sichersten immer erst über trustpilot die Solidität eines Lieferanten prüfen. Bei Nordicalab erwarte ich eine dementsprechende miserable Qualität der Ware, also Finger weg von dieser Truppe.²

Scammed via PayPal who sided with the thiefs! Have now deleted my PayPal account. Lesson learned.

Advertised as a free online test for AD/HD , then requested £1.95 for the results. I didnt agreed to pay a direct debit and found £39.95 taken out of my paypal account.

While I intended to just pay $1.95 for results of a test that I took, they surreptitiously signed me up for a recurring $39.95 monthly charge. It was in no way at all clear to me that I was signing up for any recurring charges. I consider Paypal to be complicit in this ongoing fraud as they refused to refund my payment.
