I feel Nordica lab deceived me on signup by not making it transparent and obvious that by asking for one test result at 1.95, I was unwittingly signing to a paid repeat subscription of 40 pounds per month. I did not regularly check my PayPal and found out later I had been charged approx 80 pounds for services I did not use. I emailed Ella and received a refund for one of the payments, for which I’m grateful. Avoid this company.

Do not use this company they took 2 payments of £39.95 out of my bank without my consent or knowledge and paypal have refused to help me as it shows up on paypal as a subscription. Please avoid! I really don't know how they sleep at night.

NordicaLab is a fraudulent company; they charge for unauthorised subscriptions. I completed a test on neurodiversity at a cost of €1.95, and a few days later I was charged for a subscription to a ‘TestLibrary 7-day Trial’ that I had never signed up for.

Avoid. I signed up expecting a proper report, but what I received was vague, lightweight and nowhere near the standard of established providers such as Thomas International. I have emailed twice requesting a refund and asking them to stop billing me, but I have been ignored both times. No refund, no response and no attempt to resolve the issue. In my opinion, this feels like a complete scam.

Yes, I have been scammed too. I answered questions about ADHD. I DIDNT PAY ANY MONEY, OR SO I THOUGHT, BUT FOUND OUT THEY WERE TAKING £39.99 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, FOR WHAT?? I RECEIVED NOTHING!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS TAKING MONEY FROM VULNERABLE PEOPLE, WHO HAVE LITTLE TO BEGIN WITH. THE SCUM/SCAM OF THE EARTH!! KEEP FIGHTING. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO ADHD GROUPS. THEY ARE DISGUSTING. let’s be honest here guys… we ALL didn’t read the terms & conditions 🤣 Kind of our own faults. I contacted them and they immediately cancelled and refunded me my money. I’ll just take this as a lesson to read stuff better, cause I was SHOOK

These glasses are unusable, i cant see a thing, tried wearing them , but nothing happened. I have a set from Savers which i can see out of better. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY SERIOUSLY GUYS !!!!
