*SCAM* stay away!! As with others, I purchased a £1.95 test report only to discover an unauthorised £39.95 Paypal charge for a subscription I had not signed up to. At no point during the initial purchase was a subscription mentioned, nor a £39.95 fee. I found it tucked away at the very bottom of my initial purchase receipt. That does NOT constitute authorisation. Complete scam. And pretty despicable to target people buying reports for ADHD, autism etc. who may be typically more vulnerable to scams. Per their instructions I emailed them as soon as the money left my PayPal account but received no response whatsoever so this is now with PayPal 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Like others I feel very foolish. I have a disability and wanted to test for something else. I feel it should be made clear from the start that there is a subscription that you actively need to unsubscribe from. There will be a lot of vulnerable and desperate people possibly trying to understand themselves whilst waiting for years for an official diagnosis. (The test result was computer generated so not that insightful either). Certainly with some of the conditions to be tested they involve difficulty with communication and needing clear information so it feels designed for the purpose of taking advantage of that. I hope I am wrong as I like to think the best of people. I was unable to get my money back via PayPal even though I was very prompt. Edit. I have since had a response from the company directly and have been told I will be reimbursed. Fingers crossed.

This site is a scam. They are not BPS qualified to create psychometrics. After you order a 1.95 test they will then charge an unauthorised payment to your bank account or PayPal for a monthly subscription. Please don't use.

If i could give 0 stars I would. A complete and utter scam. Started as 1.99, then turned into £40 being taken out my account. Did file a case with paypal, but unfortunately they went in the favour of this seller. Don’t fall for this generic test result rubbish :/

VORSICHT Betrug!!!!! Hier handelt es sich um extrem gefährliche gesundheitsschädliche Produkte. Schon nach kurzer Einnahme geht es einem schlecht, hat Magenbeschwerden, Schweißausbrüche und Stimmungsschwankungen. Ich habe diese Firma angezeigt! Sie kommen einem ständig mit Ausreden, ich habe die Produkte auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt und und das war 03/2026 , ich habe mein Geld immer noch nicht zurück! Dort schreibt ständig ein Kelvin und redet sich nur raus! Bitte lasst die Finger davon!!!!!!!

Really embarrassed that I fell for this. I did an innocent looking 'free test' for a DISC profile (my friend was talking about it). They then asked for $1.99 for the report which I was annoyed at (not free) but I thought that was the end of it. They have then been charging me $54.99 from my account via Paypal for something I didn't sign up for. Apparently the test isn't even legit anyway. Absolute scam from beginning to end.

Ich habe die Bestellung bei Evitrol getätigt und innerhalb von 24 Stunden widerrufen. Dies wurde von Evitrol ignoriert und mir wurde die Ware zu geschickt. Ich will diese zurückschicken, allerdings ist Evitrol bzw. Nordicalab nicht fähig mir das Rücksendeformular zu zu schicken. Ohne dieses Formular ist keine Rücksendung möglich, da es der Rücksendung beigelegt werden muss und Evitrol / Nordicalab die Rücksendung ohne Formular mit Sicherheit nicht akzeptiert und an mich zurückschickt (Habe leider bereits meine Erfahrungen mit dieser Methode machen müssen)
