This is a scam. Anywhere you go online you will find reports of this scam and their deceptive checkout process. It's a very very good scam, very well done and thought out. I'm 65 and this is the first time I've fallen for a scam. PAYPAL WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THIS IS A WELL-KNOWN SCAMP SITE. AGAIN PAYPAL WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH THIS IS A WELL-KNOWN SCAM SITE. My credit card company immediately refunded it and charged them back. Go directly to your credit card company as soon as you can. The credit card companies are well aware of this company's fraudulent and unethical terms and the way their page is designed.

I paid a small one-off fee to access an online test and had no idea I was being signed up to a £39.95 monthly subscription. The recurring charges were not made clear, and I only discovered them after money had been taken from my account. After contacting customer service, they refunded one of the two monthly payments but have still not refunded the other, despite my explaining that I had never knowingly agreed to an ongoing subscription. This business relies on customers not realising they have been enrolled in a recurring payment. I found the whole experience misleading and very disappointing. Be extremely careful before entering your payment details, and check for any hidden subscription terms.

Absolute scam!! Do not sign up for any "free" tests from this company - they charged me £39.95 for a "subscription" without my permission and I am now raising a dispute with PayPal. Absolutely shocking how blatantly fraudulent this company is!

This COMPLETE NERVE OF THIS COMPANY ive never signed up or subscribed yet they have been trying to take Small amounts of money out of my account and now ( thank goodness I blocked them from taking anymore) they have just tried taking £35. 95 from me. Please everyone stay well away

Scam to take out your money They’re a very bad scam that charges you without buying anything!!!! I had some amount debited from my account, I hasn’t no idea why! And the customer service only send you electronic answers, nothing about human solving problems. Really mess! Don’t get into this lie!!!!!

Scam site. I don’t even remember subscribing to this. They are trying to charge me $39.95 it’s misleading and confusing. They purposely mislead you.
