I paid for a report but was signed up for a subscription trial unintentionally
I paid 1.95 euros for an ADHD report via an advert on Facebook, and found I had been inadvertently signed up for a seven-day trial. However, I immediately contacted the company via Paypal and they said straight away that they would cancel the subscription. So, not a great experience but quick customer service. I started reading the report on Facebook and it was of interest, but after accidentally closing the page was not able to recuperate it. After checking my emails however I found one with a link that would probably have enabled me to retrieve it from the company's site, but I have decided to leave it now.
