This company does not use safe shipping practices for food. I ordered food on July 28, 2025 and received on July 30, 2025 at 11 a.m. This was within the 48 hour/2nd day air shipping chosen by the company. The food was shipped in a cardboard box with a foil pack and three small ice packs. Ice was 100% melted, food 100% thawed and warm. I had to throw it away. It was well above the recommended 40degree benchmark for safe consumption. The way it was packed, the food had no chance of safe delivery. Company has been unresponsive to all calls and emails.

A legit company would return your phone call or respond to your email. I ordered two food items and payed for 2nd day shipping. The box of food was delivered 6 days later and the food was literally cooking since the internal contents of the box was close to 90 degrees. It was disgusting and their two cold pack were hot packs. DO NOT TRUST this company. What a SCAM!!!!

Bad company Food unhealthy and misleading

I ordered over $100 worth of food and it arrived today with multiple ice packs and insulated box but was still room temperature. My chocolates I ordered were all melted and visually sad, my pizza box and hot dog boxes were torn and open, the food felt room temp so I don't feel safe eating it now. 1st and last time ordering from this company, such a great concept but horrible 1st impression!!!!! Disappointed, I wish I would have read reviews first.
