We were excited to find this company as…
We were excited to find this company as we sell only vegan products and find them hard to get here in Hawaii. However, they advertised "free shipping over $69" and "10% off for members" but we received neither and they did not indicate that you had to pay for membership before ordering! After all that, we are rather uncomfortable with this company and are not sure we will use them again.

Our Free shipping has some exclusions, which we listed in our FAQ section of the website. I've attached a screenshot from our website. The first is from the FAQ question, " Do you ship to my area?". The second screenshot is from the membership section. You must first create an account and purchase it separately to receive the membership. After the membership is purchased, log into your account and begin shopping. The membership discount will not be applied if those steps are not followed. We can cancel your order and provide a full refund for the misunderstanding. We can also apply the discount and process the order. The Cardinal Herb Email Response: Mahalo for your quick response. I do appreciate your products and hope to continue purchasing from you well into the future. I will edit my review since you are willing to correct my error in not reading all that is on your website prior to ordering. Sometimes time is short, as I am sure you know!
