SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered a necklace. No confirmation email or tracking number provided. Was so gullible to order after the fake advertisements. Had to contact my bank to issue a fraud claim. Not happy. Please Avoid.

Hi my order 16747 is still pending …
Hi my order 16747 is still pending waiting since 1 month really frustrating had been told on email that the parcel is going back to the sender yourself noor qalb so once received noor qalb will arrange a delivery for me asap but no update as yet pls give me my money back if you are not sending me my item which I have paid for and have been kept on hold to wait for it more than 4 weeks now 😡😡😡what’s going on ????

Would not recommend
Would not recommend, ordered ring they sent wrong one. I contacted to send back and receive refund. They messed around and refused to take ring back. Waste of time and money.

Scam Fraud
I ordered a necklace and bracelet on 9 July. Only the necklace arrived, weeks late, with no bracelet and no explanation. The necklace itself is labelled "stainless steel" — not the 18k gold plating advertised on the website. It shipped from China, despite the site presenting this as a UK/London-based business. Throughout the wait I received repeated automated emails claiming they were "overwhelmed" by a "closing sale," apologising for delays. There is no closing sale — they've run the same messaging for months, and it reads as a stock excuse for chronic non-delivery rather than a genuine one-off issue. I've had to raise a dispute with my card provider and reported this to Action Fraud, as the gap between what's advertised and what's delivered is significant, and the site displays a 4.5 Trustpilot rating when the real figure is closer to 3.4. Would not recommend and would not order again.

Did Not Arrive!
I ordered 4 neckless’ on 23/6/26 none have arrived. The delivery company delivered to the wrong address. The delivery company used by Noor Qalb is useless as you can only contact them via email and they have complete ignored me. I have contacted Noor Qalb who asked me to fill out and return a signed sworn statement that I did not receive the goods; which I have done. However I am now being ignored by Noor Qalb. No reply or remedy has been offered and I have lost out financially too. Extremely disappointing. As communication is via email only you cannot get hold of anyone when you have an issue. They are sending customers emails and advertising they are rated “4.5 on trustpilot” when they clearly are NOT! If you are looking to buy, DONT! Stay away and spend your money somewhere they value you.

They take 414 qr from me and they told…
They take 414 qr from me and they told me u did not place any order when I have the payment msg and order number I screenshot. They did not even send me any confirmation msg on email and after taking money told me there is no order. I am so upset and it’s my biggest mistake I order from u guys. You take my money and than say there is no order exist. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Ordered a name necklace received rat droppings on the necklace instead, they say it’s coming from the uk but was in china for what felt like a decade, I now have Ebola x hantavirus fusion disease and I will be contacting my lawyers, be prepared to get sued.
