Order cancellation.
Hi. I had ordered two Parker bracelets as gifts but unfortunately had to cancel the order due to certain reasons. Although the cancellation was not easy for the company and me, I truly appreciate the prompt reply to my cancellation request and the sincere understanding behind the reasoning of the cancellation. I am grateful for the team's clear way of communication and the prompt services, I consider this a great quality.
