I saw their ad on Facebook
I saw their ad on Facebook. A sob story: they are closing, materials have become too expensive, each piece is made to order, and an amazing clearance sale "ending tonight" of 70% off (the sale is still ongoing 30 days later). The jewelry looked beautiful, the promise was solid, and the message profound. Unfortunately, after buying from them, I have to agree this is a shameless drop-shipping scam. On July 27th, I ordered two bracelets, one necklace, and one pair of earrings for a total of $125.88 CAD. The website says "Order today shipped tomorrow" but once you buy, the shipping method is DHL express in 4 to 10 business days. To their credit, they e-mailed me consistently to let me know the package is on its way and the process is delayed due to each piece being "made to order". The package finally arrived on August 13th (shipped by Dragonfly, not DHL) 12 business days after I made the order. The items came in an incredibly cheap plastic envelope and were wrapped in a thin bubble wrapping. Inside the wrapping was four small faux suede envelopes and a "heartfelt thank you" card. The three pieces I did receive were tiny, brittle, and obviously mass produced. One envelope had nothing inside it at all. On August 17th, I e-mailed the store explaining the situation and asking for a return shipping label/refund. The next day, "Aisha" replied asking for pictures of the items, saying "we'll process a replacement for the missing bracelet as soon as possible" and "once they receive the picture, we'll review everything and get back to you as soon as possible." I replied the same day, sent a picture of the items, and stressed that I was not satisfied with the shipping time, product quality, or one of the bracelets missing entirely. I again asked for a return shipping label/refund. I have made five more attempts to e-mail "Aisha" in the last 9 days and have not received a reply. She is no doubt working considering she is replying to 5 star reviews on Trustpilot. Today, I opened a dispute with my bank since Noor is not respecting their own 60 day return/refund policy. Please avoid this site at all costs, they are vultures preying on the hearts and wallets of people who wish the world was a better place.
