SCAM!! Wont accept retun.
I ordered non-personslized items, i requested to cancel it the day after, but customer service took a while to respond so i was unable to do that, so the product was already sent. I requested to return the product, and customer service is saying that it is impossible due to the ”large discount” that was at the time, that still is and has been for a while now. We have been going back and forth and they refuse to accept a return, but they keep offering me 60% of a refund, and discounts, but god forbid a return! Also i still havent received the order even though its almost been two weeks. def scam. Using Allahs name, palestine and verses from the quran to sell scam is insane.
