Questionable chain quality
The pieces are beautiful!!! I was really impressed when I first opened them. I received them as I was on my way to a weekend trip. So I put on two the pieces! We got to our hotel and I went into the swimming pool and swam for maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Later on that day I started noticing the chains turning a dark brass colour. I have a picture you can see while I’m wearing them. That’s my only concern is if they truly are coated with 18K gold they should not change colours right? I was going to order other necklaces but now that this happened I am a bit hesitant to do so. Hope we can find a solution to this!

While our pieces are coated with 18K gold, exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or certain pool chemicals can cause the plating to react and darken much faster than normal.
