Customer service was great
Customer service was great. They kept me updated all the time regarding the shipping details. I was impressed about how they tried so hard to communicate. They even offered me the discount I had not clip when i ordered the necklace.
Noor cautioned me about the spelling of the name in Arabic and was kind to change it for me. Very impressed with the quality for the price I paid. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thinking of ordering more jewelry for my grand daughter and sisters

Great Product Quality, but Very Slow Delivery
The product is absolutely beautiful, and the quality is excellent! I’m very happy with what I received. Thank you for providing everything in both Arabic and English, which I really appreciate.
However, the delivery was extremely slow and took much longer than expected. I hope the company improves its delivery service because the product itself is fantastic and worth buying!

The company does well in terms of how they designed the Website.
What I appreciate most is the company’s commitment to supporting Palestine and using its platform to contribute to a good cause. It gives the company a deeper meaning and makes it easier to connect with its values. I really appreciate businesses that stand for something meaningful and try to make a positive difference in the world.
