Scam do not order!!!!!!!!!!!
I would put 0 stars if I could. Ordered a necklace with my name in Arabic, the necklace arrived after three weeks and said something completely different to what I ordered. I emailed them regarding the wrong name on my necklace, they refused to refund me and said they would send me a replacement with the correct writing. It arrived and it is the exact same necklace as prior with the wrong writing. Absolutely ridiculous do not buy from here unless you want to be scammed.

Be aware of this company
Be aware of this company. They took my money, and it’s been over two months since I ordered two necklaces for my daughter. I still haven’t received my order, and they keep giving me excuses instead of resolving the issue. What makes it even worse is that they appear to be using the situation in Gaza to attract more customers and make more money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from them.

Scam
This is scam. They made a closing sale story to get more sales. They have multiple pages to continue scamming people. They sent low quantity product and when they send wrong product they never reply back to you nor send any replacement. These are the bunch of morons. Shame shame. Using Palestine cause to gain sympathy from Muslim people. Scam

Received wrong order but they refused to give a full refund
I ordered 2 personalised necklace since it was on close down sale. After more than 2 weeks waiting I received the order. Sadly, I received wrong order. It wasn’t personalised our names. Another thing, it didn’t have a good quality as it was advertised on their website. It’s a poor material. I emailed the customer service to ask for a full refund since I received the wrong order. But she offered a partial refund only. I asked for a full refund again and return address but she didn’t get back to me. As a customer I have a right to get a full refund since they sent the wrong order. It’s so horrible experience. So I have lost my money. Please don’t waste your money and energy dealing with them!

Drop shipping scam
Misleading information which is illegal. Items stated as handmade in London but they are actually drop shipped from China. I never received my order and the customer service has been shockingly bad with automated responses and no help. I’ll be claiming for an chargeback and reporting to the authorities. Avoid.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Had to send multiple e-mails regarding my order. After one month it finally arrived. However, items are clearly not handmade nor 18k gold. It states steel and honestly looks very cheap. In addition the website stated handmade jewel with the business UK based, yet the order came from a manufacturer in China. I do not recommend and honestly feel really sad that this company lies, whilst clearly selling items in name of Iman.
