Hi Corliss, We're sorry that Nom Nom wasn't the best fit for your pups. When a delivery is updated in a Nom Nom account (such as an order skip), a notification appears that states the account is still active and that an order will place after the skipped deliveries. Additionally, Nom Nom accounts can be cancelled at any time and we always encourage our Nommers to reach out to our dedicated Care Team if they're unsure or need assistance. That being said, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication. Unfortunately, when you called us, we had already prepared your order, and thus were unable to cancel it at that time. We do hope you have found a diet that really works for your pups!
