Hi Kristin! Thank you so much for the positive feedback! There is nothing we love more than helping to improve a pup's health in the best way possible. We also love to make it as simple and reliable as possible for you as well! It's great to hear that Peanut loves his Nom Nom as much as we love to serve it to him!

Hi Tanis, Thank you for taking time to share your feedback with us. I'm seeing that we reached out after your filled out your pup's health survey, to convey our concern about dietary implications of their medical condition, and to note that we'd frozen your account until you were able to review our diet with your vet. Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot ship the trial until we receive a response. We do apologize for your unexpected experience, and will be happy to offer you further support if you need it.
