My dogs love this food and when you read the NomNom guarantee that your dogs will be excited when it is dinner time is the truth. The customer service is fantastic. They are very helpful when you contact them. I realized after a shipment that one of my dog's was throwing up after eating the chicken dinner and they shipped out a different flavor to replace the food my dog wouldn't eat at no cost. The reason for this review is not to say how great their product is because if you use it, you already know how great it is. However, NomNom has ONE HUGE PROBLEM. Their quality control in proportioning food is TERRIBLE. The weights of their preportioned food is erratic. I have two dogs, one should get 150 grams, the other should get 50 grams. Each preportioned meal is underweight more often than not. NomNom has a 5-10 gram variance policy, but I have had many packages way outside that tolerance. I have had meals that were half of what they were supposed to be and in their defense, I have received meals that were more than double what I'm supposed to get. Not to mention that 5 grams of a 50 gram package is 10% of my dog's meal. Unfortunately, the underweight meals are more prevalent than the overweight meals. This is a such a problem for me that I started weighing each meal on a food scale and tracking the data in a spreadsheet. I also have spent hours talking to managers regarding this matter. As I mentioned previously, the customer service is phenomenal. We came to an agreement to fix the solution that I am very happy with. I only write this review for two reasons: One, others find out that they are probably not getting the amount of food they are paying for; two, I hope NomNom reads this review and fixes the problems they have in their quality control. If they figure that out, I would rate them a 10 out fo 5 stars!

My dogs are really liking Nomnom and are flourishing. They are rescues from a puppy mill and my little girl was in terrible shape when I got her. She was very thin, skiddish, and malnurshed. She is 100%better. I was so happy I found you. My fur babies are healthier because of your tasty food!

Our pup was such a picky eater who only enjoyed foods we ate. We tried so many brands with little luck. A friend let our pup try Nom Nom and our pup gobbled it up without hesitation. Our pup has been on Nom Nom for over a year. Her weight is excellent, and she’s healthy and happy. We’re happy that the meals are individually packaged with just the right amount of food for her size. Thank you, Nom Nom

Everything is great about NomNom, except the price when you have 2 or more dogs. That being said, they love the food and wait for it eagerly at every feeding.

This food is fantastic!! My dog absolutely loves it and runs to his food bowl. NomNom is high quality food containing vitamins and ingredients that are excellent to keep your pet healthy. The autodelivery system is very convenient, securely packaged on dry ice. I highly recommend NomNom.

Axl has been awaiting his Nom Nom meals 2x a day with gusto e ver since we put him on this diet. He is at his ideal weight now. I don’t ever see us switching to another subscription fresh dog food any time soon. Nom Nom is nutritionally balanced, and delivery is always on time.

Franny loves her food and I love that we can switch up recipes for variety. It's great to have a supply of food I know she'll eat and not have to hope it's in stock at the store.

Awesome company! My dogs LOVE this food and their weight has been perfect. Also see an increase in energy levels which is nice since i have older dogs now :) recommended company!
