Slow start, almost canceled but they taylored a program to fit my pups needs

I started this service in April after my long hair daschund started losing hair on his tail and had some bare spots on his back. We all want the best for our pups but sometimes the different products within a brand can be deceptive and have serious health issues. I looked online for alternatives and a natural fresh food approach and decided to try NomNomNow. I did not want to pull both of my dachshunds completely off dry food just in case of any issues due to the distance. My dogs were slow to take to the new food and the two portions a day were too much. So I reduced the portion amounts and staggered the deliveries because I had an abundance of food more than they would eat in a month. I finally went to cancel the service assuming I could only communicate online which can be frustrating and to my surprise I received a call from a representative who asked a lot of questions and taylored my program to what I felt I wanted. Bottom line if you have questions reach out to them and talk to a person who can help you build a program to fit your needs. She helped me to continue the service and my pups enjoy their meals and are waiting for me if I am delayed from their feeding schedule. There may be other companies out there but I have received great customer service I have two happy mini dachshunds with coats that are soft and full I would recommend this service to any who wants some of the best fresh food for their pets.

Thank you so much for your wonderful note! While we already customize our fresh food meals for each one of our Nommers, we completely understand different pups and pet parents have different needs. For this reason, we are always happy to work with you to further customize your meal plans to ensure your fur babies are getting exactly what they need. After all, their health and happiness is our number one priority :) We're so glad to hear you felt supported and appreciate the kind words, they truly mean the world!

Dog loves food
Dog loves food, Easy to serve. Easy to store. I trust how it is made and that there is a verterinarian involved in the ingredients.

We hope to offer convenience in providing healthy, fresh food formulated by a board-certified veterinary nutritionist to our Nommers so it's truly wonderful to hear you find feeding your pup so easy and that she loves her meals!

My dogs like the food and one if very…
My dogs like the food and one if very picky! Just wish when I get mixed recipes that I would get equal amounts of each recipe I specify. Other than that everything is great!
Response from Nom NomSep 14, 2018
We've won over some of the pickiest eaters so it's truly wonderful to know we have another happy Nommer in your picky pup! With mixed recipe orders you can specify 2 or 4 recipes per monthly order, with equal amounts of each recipe. If you haven't received equal amounts of each recipe, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into what could have happened and make sure everything gets sorted out for you :)

My dog likes it, but she doesn’t get enough to keep her satisfied.
I entered the correct information in for my German Shepherd and the amount of food that comes is less than what she needs. She’s constantly hungry (and she’s looking thin) so we are still cooking for her on our own on top of the big bill we get for ordering this food. On the positive side, my dog really likes this food and it seems like decent quality. I wish the meat was naturally raised though.

We strive to provide meals that are made just for your pup and their needs. Since we know every pup is different, your personal Account Manager is happy to work with you to understand her eating habits, her activity level, and other factors that could be contributing to her looking a bit thin. We want to ensure she is getting exactly what she needs so please reach out to us directly at [email protected] so we can take care of you and your sweet girl.
