Our fur babies love the food quality. The packaging is simple and not messy at all, just put frozen meals in freezer and take out as needed. Delivered right to your door, always fresh!!!!

Good service, but definitely costs more than it should.

Thank you for the kind compliments! We hope to offer the value of delivering home-cooked meals straight to the doors of pet parents to take the prep work and guesswork out of giving a fresh, balanced meal to their fur babies. But, please know, we completely understand and believe it's important to take into account pet parents' budgetary needs. This is why we're always happy to work with you to create an even more customized meal plan for your four-legged loved one that works with your budget by discussing the different options to help get your cost down a bit. Please email us at [email protected] if this is something you'd like to learn more about :)

My dog has really loved the NomNomNom food! His favorite is the beef and mash! He’s very happy when he sees me pull his food out of the fridge!

Healthy pre-measured portions of fresh cooked food my dog loves. I’m just not comfortable with the raw food movement, and my dog refused it when I tried to jump on that bandwagon. Nomnomnow is a great middle ground. They also add supplements like fish oil into their recipes, which gives me more confidence that he’s not missing out on anything “nutritious” included in dry kibble. Delivery is via FedEx, and arrived reliably on the same day around the same time every week. The price is pretty reasonable and based on the amount you receive (which is based on the weight of your dog).

I love Nom Nom Now...........my dog is such a picky eater, but he loves your food. It looks good enough to me to eat :)

We've won over some of the pickiest eaters so it's great to know we have another happy Nommer in your pup!

Terrible with a capital T. They overcharged me, I have been arguing with the customer rep for the last week about it, only took them like a few days to respond. I cancelled the service and they didn't send an email to confirm, so I had no idea if it was really canceled or I would receive another bogus bill for like $200 for a month of dog food. Well the dog food finally came, but late. It was not edible. Had to throw it out. Can I get ahold of anyone regarding the matter...NO!

We apologize if there was any misunderstanding with regards to pricing. Because you signed up with one pup, the price quoted was for meals just for her. When you added a second pup, the price increased to account for her order as well. Please know the pricing can be found in your account, but we apologize if there was any lack of clarity. While we have limited support on the weekend, our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST so we typically try to respond as soon as possible and at least within 24 business hours. However, we completely understand there is always room for improvement and want to ensure our pet parents feel supported and receive timely responses. Additionally, please know there are cost-saving options available to you and we are always happy to customize your sweet pups' plans even further as we understand the importance of working within our pet parents' budgets. Thank you for your note, your feedback is truly appreciated.
