The food is excellent, but a lack of flexibility in shipment size and frequency has kept me from giving them five full stars. NomNomNow will only ship monthly to me (I don't know if it's because of the size of my order, or if that's a requirement for all subscribers). That results in a huge, heavy box, and issues with storage that would be eliminated if they were able to ship twice a month. Edited to update. They now ship every two weeks on request, AND we can have two flavors in a two-week shipment. I'm increasing the stars to five.

Very impressed with the shipment packaging. Also, It seems like you guys work around the clock to make sure we get our weekly meal shipment. I even got notified days well before the delayed shipment happened. Problems solved in a timely manner! Excellent customer service!

My bichon loves Nom Nom Now! It is fresh food made locally and delivered right to my front door on schedule. It smells delicious - it’s real food. All I have to do is take it out of the fridge, cut open the pouch - I warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds - and feed it to my grateful pooch. It’s so much more convenient than home cooking (which I used to do) and I know my dog is getting the best food available.

Healthy food, very convenient and well packaged. What else is there? Oh, great customer service. They have that, too.

The quality of the food is exceptional. You can see all the fresh ingredients,My dog loves it! I love that the meals are individually packaged so that every meal is fresh. And, the customer service is outstanding from day one. I have even needed to make delivery changes/deliver to other locations and the customer service professional was well informed and able to accomodate my requests. I highly recommend NomNomNow.

As far as customer service. They are the best. Stay in touch to make sure you are happy with product and service. Had a problem with a late delivery. They fixed it right away and sent extra product so my handsome dachson Bruce wouldn't be without. Bruce loves the product. It's fresh, and you can see the ingredients. Since he has been on it he won't eat anything else. Plus the packs are pre- measured so Bruce is getting the right amount so as to keep.his weight in check. Easy for transporting too. I also think it's priced fairly. I am on disability and it fits into my budget. I would eat top ramen if I had to to feed Bruce this good food. Bruce is only 3 so I hope nom nom stays around so he can stay on it for the next 15 years. This company, the people, and the product deserve a lot more then just 5 stars. Try for your pup. You won't want anything else and they won't either.
