Unresolved delivery problems from the beginning to now, months. i want to know more than they publish ab out their sourcing. i want organic and wild or pastured proteins for me and my pets. not just ":human grade" . what really does that mean?

We're so sorry for any delivery issues—rest assured, we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure your Nommer gets their healthy meals on time. We appreciate your note and feedback as we certainly understand your frustration and want to ensure you are taken care of. We aren't able to offer organic at this time, but all our food is sourced locally and cooked in our very own kitchen. While we aren't organic, the ingredients we make our fresh meals from are all safe for even people to eat and held to very high standards.
