I love the idea of a fresh diet for my dogs. Their weight, coat and teeth seem to be healthier. Their poop is smaller. They easily digest. I have one that has acid reflux and dry kibble would daily make him spit up. With Nom Nom he spits up a lot less. They have more energy. Nom Nom Now makes everything so easy. Thank you!

I have small dogs, they are kind of picky for dog foods and I always need to try different kind of dog foods so they would eat. Since I feed them Nom Nom Now so far they stick with it and always finish their meals. Their customer services are helpful and the delivery always on scheduled and well packed. Now I don’t have to struggle with their meal time.

Nomnomnow is fantastic! The food is the highest quality! It’s human food! Also I feel so good knowing my dog Lucy is getting all the right nutrients she needs. My dog loves it! She looks forward to her meal time and so do I! Because she is so happy to eat. She licks her bowl clean! Also nomnom customer service is wonderful too! Whenever I have a question or change I get immediate response. The delivery is great as well! Thank you nomnomnow! You are wonderful!

Excellent food and service and environmental responsibility

My dogs don’t Love this food but it has truly helped their digestive issues. The packaging is combersom when frozen. My dogs clean their plates but pick out the veggies and reluctantly eat them last. I’m happy that my dogs r healthier.

Edit at the bottom but here's the original - Amazing Staff - I loved them and great quality and nutritional value etc - lower rating only because unfortunately 1-2 months after I started they changed suppliers in past 7-8 weeks for chicken and turkey (maybe more) and my dog went from loving it like none other, to him not touching it and me having to quite literally force him to eat :( I'm currently making the move to the other companies that offer the same even though I really didn't want to. Many dogs I'm sure will love it no problem - labs etc which love any food etc haha, but my husky and other dogs which can be picky may have a problem. The nutritional value is the same as I've been told, and I'm sure it mostly is, but turkey where couldn't even see rice (honestly didn't notice it had it at first) to changing to long grain rice and now it just looks like 60% rice and 20% turkey - bummer. Chicken went from ground chicken much like turkey to chunks and just doesn't look as good - some had ingredeients that were pretty dull/darkening but could have been from the juices not being absorbed much now that chunks. Don't get me wrong here, NomNom is great and staff seems so too - just unfortunately this switch in suppliers and not knowing about it until opened and noticed a major change immediately, has made it so dogs who are more picky or don't like rice, won't touch it and wouldn't blame them just as looks like mostly rice with some veggies lol - dogs I don't think go off looks obviously but his immediate reaction to the change was very apparent. They said the rice is only 15% (PRE cooking - rice expands and long grain/giant rice even moreso) but when packing after cooking maybe that's the problem? No idea just bummed, I wish NomNom the best as was my first introduction into these types of services and really yelled in the streets about how amazing with coworkers etc for weeks ha, but just unfortunately this change - nutritional value being the same great, but when my dog won't touch it that's all that matters (especially when I unfreeze the old original turkey got for emergencies when started and he dives in like before). Good luck Nom and other users - they're a good company and helpful support, just picky dogs may want to try on trial and see how it goes. Edit - So my final week with NomNom just came and it appears turkey is back to how it was! Even though asked it seemed to be set in stone but I guess enough complaints and they made changes so glad to see that - they're listening! Cancelled my other sign up and going to see how chicken comes but glad to see listening to feedback and acting on it! Thanks NomNom!! Very excited assuming this stays as always loved them as a company and now don't need to change :)

Nom Nom Now is great! They are very professional, polite, and very accommodating. I am extremely pleased with the meals they provide for my 2 yorkies. Not only is it healthy for them, but they think it's yummy too! That's saying a lot, cuz they are very picky when it comes to their main meals. They're happy, so I'm happy. You cannot go wrong with Nom Nom Now, they offer a choice of meals to choose from, and sample meals if your not sure what ur pet prefers. Thank you so much !!
