Thank you so much for letting us know. We hold our customer service to the highest standard and we are sincerely sorry to hear your experience was unsatisfactory. We’ve reviewed all of your feedback and are taking it into careful consideration as we are constantly striving to improve our product and service. Please note that your account has been frozen per your request. Because we make all of our food to order each week, we have a strict cut-off date for change requests. Since your request was made after that deadline, the order had already been processed by our operations team and the fresh ingredients had been purchased for cooking, which is why we could not cancel your order at that point. You will still be receiving the single month of custom-made fresh meals for your pet on 1/24, which we encourage you to use. When frozen, the meals are safe for up to 6 months, and if you'd like, you can use small amounts of your supply of NomNomNow as a fresh topper for your pet’s kibble meals, adjusting your pet’s kibble portions accordingly. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and wish you and your pet the best.

Please know the health and happiness of our Nommers is truly our number one priority. We're sorry to hear about your pups' experience with their fresh food. We understand that some pups experience a bit of an upset stomach as they transition to new diets or when switching back and forth between diets. Just like people, it can take some time for their gut to adapt. We appreciate you taking the care to follow our transition recommendations and, as different dogs have different needs, please know that some may need little longer and a more consistent transition than the average. When you first let us know about your pups having the transition trouble, we recommended other recipes that might be a better fit for your dogs. We stand by our vet-nutritionist formulated meals, but understand that different dogs have different levels of tolerance for certain ingredients and so have a variety of recipes to fit the specific needs of a variety of pets. We know your main hope was to find a healthy meal option for your loved ones and are very happy to support you as you do so. Please know we will certainly still honor our offer of extending the discount towards a different recipe that meets the specific criteria you want for them and that will be a better fit for their sensitive tummies. Of course, we understand if you would like to pass on this, but please do let us know if you change your mind. Thank you for taking the time to send along your feedback, we wish you and your pups all the best.
