The food is all it's made out to be; smells so good I'd almost eat it. The boys love it. The only problem, thru two orders, has been I've received anything but "perfectly portioned packages", and have three times a day for the past five weeks found myself weighing out the proper portions that should already be in the damn packages. Despite numerous emails and providing a statistical analysis of how poorly they package, my second order came in just as bad as the first from this perspective. It's annoying, and I wonder if I can't trust them to weigh food, how can I trust them to cook it, but in a world with few quality alternatives, for now I'm dealing with it. Do NOT expect "perfectly portioned packages". You may expect "perfectly packaged portions".

I rcvd 2 weeks of food (a 2-week supply of chicken recipe and a 2-week supply of the seafood recipe) for my 2 indoor cats and one would not eat the food at all. The other cat ate some of the chicken recipe and then threw up everywhere. I then tried slowly introducing it to them over the next few days and they refused to eat the nomnomnow food - would not even get close to it. I even took their previous food away for a complete 24 hour period and served only the nomnomnow food (warmed up) and they still refused to eat it and begged me for food while I continued to take them to the nomnomnow food without any success. I have resorted to using the food to feed feral cats in the neighborhood, but even they will only try one of the types (the chicken recipe). They will not eat the seafood recipe at all. What a waste of money!!!

My dog loves this dog food! She actually goes and waits in her cage for her food I never seen her do that for any dog food!

My dog (Bichon Frise) loves this food. It's easy to order and easy to store in the fridge and freezer. It's a bit pricey and not really easy to open the packs of food (I use scissors because it's very hard to peel apart the plastic). Other than that, it's a great option. Oh, and so far, customer service has been very helpful.

Very disappointed in this company. I placed an order for a month's worth of food on Feb 5, 2019. At first it looked as though I could not get the shipment until the 21st, but in looking further I realized that I could get the shipment on 2/14. I called them, confirmed the change and also told them that I wanted two recipes. When I looked at my account online everything was confirmed with a 2/14 delivery date. Fast forward to 2/13/19 and not having received any confirmations from them I checked online and saw that they had arbitrarily changed my date from 2/14 to 2/21 without contacting me. I prepare my dog's food myself and had everything set so that she would be able to transition to the new food the evening of 2/14. Now - I am scrambling to go out and buy fresh meat and to prepare her food - something that should not have happened, Their customer service is really lacking. Don't offer me a discount, when I already had a trial discount. If you can't fulfill your orders then don't take them.

My kittens seem to like the food, they like the fish more then chicken. Too many carrots, they aren’t interested in them. I do not like the packaging at all. The “pull apart” does not work for me so I have to end up cutting with scissors, big mess:(
